These two series of guillotine shears with electronic positioner at “NC” have been designed to get an elevate automation of running - heavy frames - high working speed - cutting precision and with high quality components they offer high productivity. Infact CMU “NC” shears are provided of an electronic positioner able to adjust in one step back register - cutting rake angle - blades clearence. The automatic position of all three axes is obtained just dialing the size and thickness of the sheet to cut, then pushing “start” on the positioner the machine is ready to cut. The frame is connected with the fixed bed in the low part and with a heavy girder that supports cylinders in the high part. Here there are the motor-pump unit, the oil tank and the hydraulic unit. The guillotine has been designed to support high loads without heaving deformations and it slides n big guides with centralized lubrication system. On the fixed bed is placed an heavy mobile bed, containing the lower blade. Moving the mobile bed is getting the centesimal blade clearance. The backgauge is operated by a motor at c.c. that moove heavy ball screws interlocked by encoder with precision on all the length of 0,1 mm (0,004’’). The hydraulic system made interly in-home with high precision valves and a pump at low level of sonority. The shears till MOD. 3EO 46 have pump with fixed-displacement, while from MOD. 3EO 68 upper have pump with pistons at variable displacement and a regulator of costant power.
